The Immaculate Conception I- College Library Media Center is comprised of Faculty, Administrators, Non-Teaching Staff, and Students from Colleges of Business, Entrepreneurship and Accountancy, Communication Arts, Computer Science and Information Technology, Education, Psychology, Criminology and Justice, and Tourism and Hospitality Management as the library’s primary user group. The library is located on the 4th floor of ICI Building.

To provide comprehensive, relevant,
up-to-date and cost-effective library resources
and services and build a culture of academic excellence through:
1. Comprehensive, relevant, up-to-date and accessible collection of books, publications, online
databases and other library materials in varied formats to the level required to support
academic teaching, learning and research of the ICI Community.
2. Highly competent and professional librarians and support staff; and
3. Strategic alliances and linkages with libraries, academic and research institutions,
consortia, publishers, suppliers and vendors, institutional partners, and other global learning
networks for access to the production and dissemination of information resources.
In order to exceed customer expectations and achieve the highest standard of academic services
for ICI College aspiration to be among the Top 5 Private Colleges in the Province of Bulacan.
1. Students must show courtesy inside the library.
2. Silence should be always observed.
3. Do not leave the books on the table after using them. It should be returned to the shelves.
4. Writing in books and tearing pages are strictly prohibited.
5. Return the seats to their proper places before leaving.
6. Keep the library neat and clean, throw pieces of paper into the wastebasket instead of
scattering them on the table and the floor.
7. Turn off all cell phones and electronic devices. Any/ all vandalism will result in a
disciplinary referral.
8. The library is for the purpose of research or quiet private study; therefore meetings of any
kind is not allowed unless special permission from the Academic Head and Chief Librarian is
requested.
What is Interlibrary Loan? How to avail this service?
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service available for non-ICI students, faculty members,
associates, and administrators who are.
The Library Media Center (LMC) is committed to sharing
resources among partner libraries, and it is the policy of the LMC to provide an efficient and
cost-effective international interlibrary loan service.
1. The ICI LMC accepts outside researcher from other Universities or Colleges in the province of
Bulacan. Walk in or prior appointment via email/fb messenger are allowed.
2. Non ICI members should present their school Ids, certificate of registration or referral
letter from their School Librarian.
3. Service fee shall be collected from the non-ICI library patrons amounting to Php50 per day.
4. All types of materials including ebook delivery service can be utilized for LIBRARY USE ONLY.
Photocopy is permitted.
5. ICI LMC’s Interlibrary loan service is available from Tuesday to Saturday, 9AM – 4PM.
