The students of ICI College took part in a Tree Planting Activity held at the Sierra Madre Mountain Range as part of the school’s effort to promote environmental awareness and community involvement. The event focused on a simple but meaningful goal: to plant new trees that will help restore and protect the area.
Working together, they planted trees across the designated site, taking the opportunity to learn more about the importance of reforestation and the role it plays in preserving the environment. The activity also encouraged teamwork, responsibility, and care for nature, reflecting ICI College’s value of being Maka-Kalikasan.
Though the task was simple, it served as a reminder that small actions can make a difference. By contributing even a few trees, the ICONS helped support the natural landscape of Sierra Madre and took part in an effort that benefits both the community and the environment.
