Rob Deniel and Over October to Headline ICP Paskuhan 2025 in Bulacan

BULACAN, Philippines — The most anticipated celebration of the year is about to get louder and brighter as Rob Deniel and Over October take the stage for ICP’s Paskuhan 2025 this December.

Following the results of a student survey where both artists topped the list of most requested performers, the ICP community is now gearing up for an unforgettable night of music, lights, and celebration.
