CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan - In just the previous week's duration, the Immaculate Conception Institutions - consisting of ICA Santa Maria ( Immaculate Conception Academy Santa Maria ), ICP Senior High School , and ICI College of Arts and Technology, together with volunteers and generous folk, have managed to gather an ICONIC total of P115,000.00 in cash, e-wallet (GCash), and in-kind donations and lent a helping heart to over 600 families across various towns, cities and communities in Bulacan such as Meycauayan City, Marilao, Balagtas, and Santa Maria.

 

Furthermore, the educational network of institutions dropped hundreds of relief packs composed of essential supplies, water, textile, and other basic necessities to various drop-off points in these towns as they also distributed some of the collected donation towards TESDA Bulacan ; which are needed for its own collective relief effort.

 

Here are the keypoints whereas the Immaculate Conception Institutions have shipped off the collected recovery items :

Meycauayan Sports Complex, Banga, City of Meycauayan, Bulacan

Don Cayetano Sports Complex, Wawa, Balagtas, Bulacan

Riverside Communities, Bagbaguin, Santa Maria, Bulacan

... and TESDA Provincial Office in Guiguinto, Bulacan.

 

The institutions' management reiterated that their donation drive campaign was not just conducted during the recent disaster caused by Typhoon Carina (Gaemi) - supercharged 'Hanging Habagat', but an annual event of charity conducted to help its countrymen who are suffering from natural and man-made catastrophes such as typhoons, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and fires.
