Congratulations to our institution's Vice President, Sir Neil Mateo, as he was recently awarded with the Certificate of Distinction and a Silver Jubilarian Medal from the University of Santo Tomas - College of Education Alumni Foundation, Inc. for the 25th anniversary of his graduation rites from the said university in 1999. 

Cheers for your newest milestone! You just proved that you have the LYNX-TIGER spirit as you're still eager to reach more achievements in your life. Again, kudos to you, Sir Neil Mateo!
