Vision
Immaculate Conception Academy envisions in becoming a leading institution in the holistic development of globally competitive and successful individuals, who will be the future leaders of society equipped with a modern mindset, grounded in strong values, and guided by the presence of God in their hearts.
Mission
ICA is committed to developing and equipping learners with the 5 C’s: Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, and Christian Values through offering relevant, timely and innovative basic education programs by inculcating love of God, country, nature, and respect for others.
Goal
As the institution adheres to its motto, Ars et Mores (Arts and Morality), it adapts as a guiding principle in the development of its core values: Maka – Diyos, Makatao, Makabayan at Makakalikasan.
Objectives
ICA aims:
1. To offer relevant and innovative basic education curriculum with the integration of character formation and up–to–date competencies required in the global community.
2. To provide the academic and non–academic personnel with continuous support and training as part of their self–improvement and professional excellence.
3. To provide the learners with student services and modern state – of – the art facilities and a campus that are child-friendly, safe environment and conducive to learning.
4. To establish partnerships with local and international organizations and other academic institutions for possible scholarship grants, exchange students, and other student development programs.
5. To collaborate with the parents in the consultation and implementation of policies, projects, and programs in accordance with the school's mission.
6. Organize community outreach programs to serve as a social corporate responsibility of the institution in the promotion of nationalism, concern for the environment, respect for other people, and love of God.
