Enrollment Procedures

Step 1. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for:
1. admission interview
2. submission of enrolment requirements
3. fill out the pre-enrollment form
4. printing of enrolment form
5. assessment of fees and charging of books

Step 2. Proceed to the Guidance Office for an initial interview.

Step 3. Proceed to the SSP Office for signing the BEHAVIORAL CONTRACT from the Discipline Officer.

Step 4. Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for the payment of fees.
