Enrollment Procedures

  • Step 1. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for:
    1. admission interview
    2. submission of enrolment requirements
    3. fill out the pre-enrollment form
    4. printing of enrolment form
    5. assessment of fees and charging of books
  • Step 2. Proceed to the Guidance Office for an initial interview.
  • Step 3. Proceed to the SSP Office for signing the BEHAVIORAL CONTRACT from the Discipline Officer.
  • Step 4. Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for the payment of fees.
