Transferring Policies

  • 1. Transferees will be accepted on the condition that they successfully pass both the qualifying exam and an interview conducted by the guidance counselor and school principal. They must be able to submit the required documents, which consist of the original report card (SF9) from the originating school, a Certificate of Good Morals, a photocopy of the PSA birth certificate, and an ESC Certificate (if available)

  • Any student who wishes to withdraw/transfer during the school year should:

    1. Inform the Registrar and the Guidance Counselor of the intent to withdraw by submitting a letter stating the reason.
    2. Settle all the financial and property responsibilities
    3. Submit the clearance form to the Registrar to get the Report Card (SF9)
    4. Form 137/SF10 will only be released upon the request of the receiving school.

    REQUEST OF SCHOOL DOCUMENTS
    To request school documents such as Form 137/SF10, Certificate of Good Moral, Certification of Enrollment and other documents please see the School Registrar. Please bring the letter of request coming from the school requesting, when requesting for the Permanent Record or Form 137/SF10. Processing of school documents will take up to one week.

  • Any student who wishes to withdraw his enrollment during the school year should:

    1. Secure and fill out 6 copies of the Dropping Form from the Registrar's Office.

    2. Secure the signatures of all personnel concerned and submit the duly accomplished form to the principal for proper dissemination.

    3. Any student who has stopped attending his classes without written notification to withdraw officially or fails to submit the withdrawal / dropping form to the Registrar's Office will be given failing grades in all subjects due to excessive absences. Likewise, he will be required to pay all the tuition and other fees due him and may not be admitted for re-enrolment.
